Revisions, remakes and refunds
Draft — pending lawyer review. An Azerbaijani lawyer has not yet reviewed this text. It may change before launch.
Version: 2026-10-12
Our promise: "Doesn't look like you? You don't pay." After payment: we fix it or remake it; if 2 attempts fail, you get your money back.
This page explains exactly how that works. Our homepage and our Terms of Service say the same thing.
Before payment
- The preview is free.
- It includes 1 free re-roll of the character portraits.
- You approve the characters and the story outline before you pay.
- If the characters don't look like the two of you, simply don't pay. You owe us nothing.
After payment: changes included
- Film: 1 free scene regeneration.
- Premium and Proposal: 2 revision rounds. In each round you can change a scene, a narration line or the music mood.
- Qısa: no changes included. The defect rules below still apply.
Ask for a change or a refund on your order page, in the “Fix a scene” card: pick the scene and what's wrong. You can also write to us on WhatsApp or by email (give your order number).
Defects are fixed or remade for free
A defect is a problem in the film that we made. For example:
- Likeness: a character does not look like the characters you approved.
- Artefact: a visual error, such as extra fingers, merged faces or a person missing from a scene.
- Mispronounced name: the narrator says a name wrongly.
If a defect remains, we fix it or remake the film for free. Fixing a defect does not use up the changes included in your package.
Matters of taste (for example, wanting a different scene) are not defects. For those, use the changes included in your package.
If we cannot fix it: full refund
If the film cannot be fixed within 2 attempts, we refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked.
An attempt is one fix or one remake that we deliver after you tell us about a defect.
New content is a new order
Once you have approved the characters and the story outline, new content (a new story or new photos) counts as a new order. You pay the Next chapter price: 19 AZN.
How refunds are paid
- We transfer the money back by hand to the card the payment came from (during the soft launch, payment is accepted by card-to-card transfer).
- We issue the refund within 3 working days.
- Your bank may need a few extra days before the money shows on your account.
